FALCON®
In partnership with FICO®, we bring you Falcon® Fraud Manager, installed into the Network ecosystem to better protect our clients. The solution employs machine-learning-based analytical models and scores to predict fraud, and offers the flexibility to use a combination of scores and rules to manage fraud in real-time.
Falcon® brings you the power of predictive scoring models, which incorporate insights from the FICO® Global Intelligence Network, using data and intelligent profiling based on cardholder transaction behaviour. This means each transaction gets a score, indicating the probability of it being fraudulent, thereby giving you a powerful tool to manage potential fraud.
We have two options to choose from:
- Fraud Management Solution, where we provide you the Falcon® tool to manage fraud on your card portfolio.
- Fraud Management Solution and Managed Fraud Operations where, in addition to the Falcon® tool, we also manage your fraud operations via our shared pool of expert fraud analysts, reducing your operational costs. This option includes a range of services such as case management, rule management, fraud reporting and more.
