The Code

Network expects high standards of integrity and professional behaviour from all of its senior officers, directors and employees and from third parties that Network engages or that are acting on Network’s behalf. Such persons must act in a manner that furthers Network’s interests and protects its reputation.

Network is committed to conducting its business with honesty and integrity and in accordance with high ethical and legal standards. Our Code provides a framework for the standards of integrity and personal conduct necessary to achieve this aim.

The Code applies to the behaviour of all Network employees (including full time and part time employees) and third parties that Network engages or that are acting on Network’s behalf (such as contractors and suppliers). Managers are expected to lead by example and embed the principles of the Code into their day to day roles and responsibilities. It is also the responsibility of our Regulatory Compliance Department to ensure that ensure that all employees are aware of the Code and provide guidance to employees and third parties with respect to ethical issues.

The application of the Code is underpinned by a comprehensive set of compliance policies and procedures, which are designed to make sure that our employees understand the key principles and act in accordance with them. These include an anti-bribery and corruption policy; a sanction compliance policy; an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing policy; a conflicts of interest policy and a whistleblower’s policy.

Network provides senior officers, directors, employees and third parties with safe and confidential channels to raise concerns and report instances of non-compliance with applicable laws or any of our compliance policies.

It is imperative that we conduct ourselves and our business to the highest ethical standards. This is at the core of how Network carries on its business. We also expect the same standards from third parties which are performing services on our behalf.
